We're seeking a driven and experienced sales professional to build and scale our sales channel across the UK & Ireland. The successful candidate will deeply understand the software market and have a strong network of UK resellers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Recruitment: Work closely with the UKI Sales Manager to identify, recruit, and enable new partners to amplify Mendix growth in the region.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and strategy to drive sales and success for Mendix solutions.
  • Joint Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with partners to create and execute go-to-market campaigns, leveraging field co-selling, referral, and resale models to maximise revenue generation.
  • Business Planning: Develop and execute a strategic business plan that drives partner portfolio performance, including partner enablement, certifications, marketing initiatives, demand generation, and sales execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, legal, consulting) to ensure alignment on partner objectives and to drive desired outcomes.
  • Travel: Spend time on-site with partners as needed to build relationships, ensure partner success, and drive opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in channel sales, with a focus on building and scaling partner ecosystems in the software space.
  • Network of Resellers & Distributors: Established relationships with UK-based resellers, system integrators, and technology partners in the UKI region.
  • Sales Expertise: A background in software sales with a strong focus on new business development and partner recruitment.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners, with approximately one week per month spent visiting clients and prospects.

If you're a proactive, sales-driven professional passionate about building partnerships, we encourage you to apply.
