Nutanix is seeking a seasoned Channel Sales Director to lead our UK&I channel organization in driving partner-initiated revenue growth and developing a diverse team of Channel Sales Managers.
About the Role
- Lead and manage a team of 5 Channel Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with partners.
- Collaborate with field sales, sales leadership, and marketing teams to develop strategic initiatives and drive revenue growth.
- Engage with partners, distributors, resellers, and OEM partners to strengthen relationships and enable effective selling.
- Develop and implement incentive programs for partners to increase sales of Nutanix products.
- Mentor and support the professional development of team members, fostering a culture of growth and success.
- Participate in regular travel to meet partners and attend sales meetings, ensuring alignment with business goals.
