Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Veterinary Channel in the Northern UK territory. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in this critical region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals in the Veterinary Channel.
  • Lead a team of Territory Managers to ensure effective execution of sales plans and achievement of targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial initiatives and improve customer relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve market share.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including administrative and sales processes.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in business or commercial field.
  • At least 3 years experience in Customer Development/Sales.
  • Experience in Field Sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of successful commercial skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Communication & negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
