We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Veterinary Channel in the Northern UK territory. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in this critical region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals in the Veterinary Channel.
- Lead a team of Territory Managers to ensure effective execution of sales plans and achievement of targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial initiatives and improve customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve market share.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including administrative and sales processes.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in business or commercial field.
- At least 3 years experience in Customer Development/Sales.
- Experience in Field Sales leadership.
- Proven track record of successful commercial skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Communication & negotiation skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Used to work under pressure and strong focus on achieving the agreed targets.
