Job Title: Channel Account Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Channel Account Director to build lasting relationships with partners and increase spend with Exponential-e.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies and collaborate with marketing to raise awareness of Exponential-e and build a strong pipeline
  • Ensure that sales and activity targets are achieved
  • Advise partners on network solutions and services that best meet their customer requirements
  • Align Exponential-e portfolio within partner services and ensure partners' sales teams are aware of positioning and benefits
  • Negotiate pricing with partners to achieve sales in line with Exponential-e's pricing policies and client requirements
  • Conduct face-to-face channel meetings with partners and their clients
  • Manage internal resources and interface with internal departments
  • Accurately forecast anticipated sales and provide regular activity reporting
  • Participate in planning and preparing marketing campaigns along with your own targeted campaigns
  • Attend networking events
  • Coach and mentor Channel Account Executives and/or Channel Partner Managers within the team
  • Lead successful marketing and sales growth campaigns annually for the channel partner base

Requirements:

  • Consistent sales track record within the technology space
  • Experience selling managed service solutions that align to the Exponential-e product set
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, and disciplined
  • Articulate and polished with a professional approach to sales
