About the Role

As a Resident Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents.

You will provide personalized care and support, assist with daily living activities, and work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive environment.

We are looking for an experienced carer who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in people's lives.

The salary for this role is approximately £21,000 per annum, depending on location, and we offer a range of benefits, including access to wellbeing and support tools, and unlimited referrals with our 'Refer a Friend' bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to residents
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive environment
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience in caring for older people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
