Job Title: Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Woodlands Care Home in Aberdeen.

About the Role:

  • To provide exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their dignity, respect, and overall well-being.
  • Assist residents with daily routines, encourage independence, and ensure their health and happiness are prioritized every day.
  • Foster positive relationships among residents and staff, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver personalized care plans, responding quickly to emergencies or call bells.

Requirements:

  • Suitable qualifications: SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant (ideal), or transferable skills demonstrating passion for care.
  • A genuine interest in caring for the elderly and commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • A strong sense of teamwork and values such as integrity, respect, and empathy.
