As a Care Assistant at Deeside Care Home, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily routines, monitoring their health and wellbeing, and upholding their dignity and respect. With a competitive salary of £21,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits, this is an excellent opportunity to start your career in elderly care.

Our ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in caring for the elderly, a strong sense of empathy and compassion, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also have the following skills and qualifications:
* SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
* At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant (or transferable skills)
* Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with residents and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Your Benefits:
* Competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
