Resident Care Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living assistance, including personal care and support with daily activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized care plans
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a care setting, preferably with older adults
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Estimate: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.
