Resident Well-being Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Resident Well-being Assistant to support the well-being and quality of life of residents at Cranford Care Home in Aberdeen.

This full-time role involves providing daily care and support, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting residents' daily needs and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 6 months experience of nursing home care in the UK.
  • An SVQ Level 2 in Care is desirable but not necessary.
