Job Title: Director, Inside Sales EMEALA

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Inside Sales EMEALA to lead our sales teams in driving business outcomes for small and midsize customers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, increase share of wallet, and deliver world-class solutions that improve customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to create customer demand for solutions/services that drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute influence strategies to gain commitment and organizational buy-in for customer solutions.
  • Use data analytics to understand customer results and improve business strategies.
  • Establish and commit to a long-term business direction based on market trends and organizational values.
  • Drive organizational and cultural changes needed to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Own key customer metrics and align internal organization to drive profitable growth and improved customer experience.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of SFDC and data analytics.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong logical and analytical thought capability.
  • Ability to source and collate data from various report locations.
