Job Summary
LRQA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Team Management
- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential
- Provide coaching and training to improve sales skills and knowledge
- Identify and address performance issues in a timely manner
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Customer Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to reduce churn
- Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans to address underperforming sales professionals
- Provide coaching and training to improve sales skills and knowledge
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with sales professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales performance and progress
Requirements
- Minimum of years' experience in sales leadership, with a track record of achieving results
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in English for business purposes
- Previous experience in managing a sales team, with responsibility for achieving sales targets
- Good knowledge of the business assurance sector, particularly in the areas of certification and third-party assurance programs
- Formal qualification in sales, business studies, or a field related to business assurance
