Job Summary

LRQA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Results-Driven Leadership
    • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Team Management
    • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential
    • Provide coaching and training to improve sales skills and knowledge
    • Identify and address performance issues in a timely manner
  • Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
    • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Customer Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers
    • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to reduce churn
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement performance improvement plans to address underperforming sales professionals
    • Provide coaching and training to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
    • Collaborate with sales professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities
    • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales performance and progress

Requirements

  • Minimum of years' experience in sales leadership, with a track record of achieving results
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in English for business purposes
  • Previous experience in managing a sales team, with responsibility for achieving sales targets
  • Good knowledge of the business assurance sector, particularly in the areas of certification and third-party assurance programs
  • Formal qualification in sales, business studies, or a field related to business assurance
