About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving business outcomes for small and midsize customers in the EMEALA region. The successful candidate will lead teams of phone-based account executives and technical domain experts to create customer demand for solutions and services that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, increase share of wallet, and lead world-class solutions that improve customer outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including PBU's, digital, services, and customer support teams, to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve function and drive productivity gains.
  • Own key customer metrics, including secured growth, service growth, digital growth, and new product introductions for named strategic accounts.
  • Develop a team of successful account leaders to drive profitable growth and improve customer experience.
  • Lead inside sales teams to free up front-line sellers for higher-value activities and drive growth by exploring new sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of SFDC, including data quality, report building, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to source and collate data from various report locations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong logical and analytical thought capability, with the ability to drive organizational and cultural changes needed to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines, with a high level of motivation and self-starter attitude.
