Role: Regional Sales Director

Location: Yorkshire Region

As a Regional Sales Director at ERIKS, a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and staying ahead of market trends in the Yorkshire region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance customer industry operations
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Create and deliver compelling customer presentations to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Manage territory effectively using digital tools and strategies to stay ahead of competitors
  • Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Technical and commercial engineering background with a focus on sales and customer relationships
  • Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and travel within the region to meet with customers and stakeholders
