About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Corecruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Regional On Trade groups, including Wholesale and RTM.
  • Identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities, conduct competitor analysis, and implement sales campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Secure new business, maintain current relationships, and manage the ordering process to maximize sales performance.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, budgeting, and competitor analysis to senior leaders.
  • Monitor and optimize sales performance to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience operating within Regional On Trade groups across a Spirit or Drinks category.
  • Strong network of contacts within the drinks industry, including Regional groups and Multiples, as well as IFT.
  • Experience bringing new products to market, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Passion for the drinks industry, with a strong understanding of industry trends and news.
  • Ambitious and driven individual with a strong focus on sales and client development.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
