Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at ASR International. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of independent retailers and showrooms in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our presence in the Midlands region.
  • Product Display Management: Coordinate the roll-out of new product displays to ensure optimal brand presence in showrooms.
  • Training and Support: Deliver in-branch training programs for showroom staff and affiliated installers, focusing on our full range of bathroom products and their applications.
  • Exhibition and Event Support: Support exhibitions and end-user related activities to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Drive high customer engagement through a consultative and tailored sales approach.
  • Client Management: Manage a portfolio of around 100 active clients, generating approximately £800,000 annually.

The Opportunity:

  • This is a fantastic role for an experienced retail sales professional within the bathroom industry to inherit a solid client base.
  • You will have the autonomy to manage accounts, close deals, and target new opportunities to grow the area while working closely with a supportive senior leadership team.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in retail sales within the bathroom industry.
  • Strong experience in managing and developing relationships with independent retailers and showrooms.
  • The ability to roll out and manage product displays effectively while driving customer engagement through training and support.
