Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Corecruitment. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our product portfolio in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with company goals and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Regional On Trade groups, wholesalers, and retailers to launch and list new products.
  • Identify marketing opportunities, conduct competitor analysis, and implement sales campaigns to drive sales growth.
  • Seek out new business opportunities, maintain current relationships, and manage the ordering process.
  • Forecast sales performance, budget, and provide competitor analysis to senior leaders.
  • Monitor and maximize sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the drinks industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within the drinks industry, including Regional groups and multiples.
  • Experience launching new products to market, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Passion for the drinks industry and staying up-to-date on industry news and trends.
  • Ambitious and driven sales professional with excellent communication skills.
