About the Role

SFR Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the Midlands region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales: Provide solutions to end-customers and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Support and Expand Regional Network: Develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts, including installers and distributors, to support business growth and increase market share.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Analyze customer accounts to determine potential for both present and future solutions and needs, and develop sales plans to support objectives for sales, market-share, and competitive account penetration.
  • Participate in Industry Events: Represent the company at trade shows and industry associations to build relationships and promote our products and services.
  • Pro-actively Analyze Customer Accounts: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the construction and security industry.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth and increasing market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
