Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Verto People is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing existing key accounts and generating new business opportunities in the Midlands region, including Birmingham, Nottingham, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the compressed air systems market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of the compressed air systems market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
