About the Role

The successful Care Services Administrator will assist Clinical Health Psychologists and a Service Coordinator in managing appointments, cancellations, and filling of cancelled appointments. This role requires flexibility, as you will need to adapt to the needs of the service, balancing reception, general administration, and other duties to ensure high-quality client experiences.

You will work closely with the clinical team to set up appointments, help organize therapy-based groups, take telephone calls from clients, and record messages accurately. If you have excellent IT skills, including experience with Microsoft programs like Excel, Word, and Outlook, and preferably additional knowledge of NHS IT systems, we encourage you to apply.
