Job Title: Global Customer Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Marketing Manager to join our team at IFS. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute demand generation plans to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to deliver centrally generated programs and campaigns.
  • Design and manage production of high-value content, including advertising, direct mail, event toolkits, digital content, webinars, and social media messaging.
  • Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, using metrics such as marketing-influenced pipeline, qualified leads, and campaign performance.
  • Support the optimization and fine-tuning of campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to develop customer-centric value-based messaging.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a deep understanding of customer business issues and technology solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of online marketing platforms and their effective use in sourcing, nurturing, and accelerating sales journeys.
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field, or relevant training/experience.
Desirable:
  • Experience in a similar role within a software technology organization.
  • Experience working in a global, virtual environment.
  • Experience developing and executing ABM programs.
