At IFS, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way businesses operate. As a Customer Marketing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual demand generation plans to expand our footprint within existing accounts
  • Design and manage production of high-value content, including advertising, direct mail, event toolkits, digital content, webinars, and social media messaging
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to plan and deliver centrally generated programs, such as demand generation campaigns and webinar programs
  • Analyze, monitor, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness, aligned to key metrics like marketing-influenced pipeline, qualified leads, and campaign performance
  • Support the optimization and fine-tuning of campaigns, create and execute account-based marketing initiatives, and provide product marketing with customer knowledge to boost the creation of product-centric value-based messaging

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing or a related business field (or relevant training/experience)
  • Experience in a similar role within a software technology organization
  • Experience working within a global, virtual environment
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with excellent writing and editing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects
  • Excellent understanding of online marketing platforms and how they can be used effectively to source, nurture, and accelerate sales journeys
