Key Responsibilities- Develop a strong knowledge of our customers and contribute to the growth of our organization through marketing programs and targeted sales activity.
- Partner with regional marketing and sales teams to deliver a differentiated market position for IFS that meets our growth and revenue targets.
- Connect with product, services, and sales leaders to understand pain points, issues, and topics to feature in campaigns and messaging.
- Act as the central hub for customer marketing, sharing best practices and knowledge globally.
- Develop an annual demand generation plan for cross-sell programs and deliver customer-focused end-to-end marketing programs.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent understanding of online marketing platforms and how they can be used effectively.
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related business field.
- Experience in a similar role within a software technology organization.
- Experience working in a global, virtual environment.
