Job Overview

The Global Customer Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our organization by building marketing programs and supporting targeted sales activity. This individual will be responsible for developing an annual demand generation plan for cross-sell programs and delivering customer-focused end-to-end marketing programs that build our reputation and drive pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to meet business objectives.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to plan and deliver centrally generated programs.
  • Design and manage the production of high-value content, including advertising, direct mail, event toolkits, digital content, webinars, and social media messaging.
  • Analyze, monitor, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness aligned to key metrics.
  • Support the optimization and fine-tuning of campaigns.
  • Create and execute account-based marketing initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent social skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with others.
