Job Title: Global Customer Marketing Manager

The Global Customer Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of our organization by developing and executing marketing programs that meet the evolving needs of our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies to expand our footprint within existing accounts and drive pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to plan and deliver centrally generated programs, including demand generation campaigns and webinar programs.
  • Design and manage the production of high-value content, including advertising, direct mail, event toolkits, digital content, webinars, and social media messaging.
  • Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, using metrics such as marketing-influenced pipeline, qualified leads, and campaign performance.
  • Provide innovative approaches to reach customers and build relationships, leveraging a performance dashboard with stakeholders.
  • Support the optimization and fine-tuning of campaigns, as well as the creation and execution of account-based marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a deep understanding of customer business issues and a focus on technology solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of online marketing platforms and their effective use in sourcing, nurturing, and accelerating sales journeys.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and complex projects.
  • Excellent social skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with others, both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related business field, or relevant training/experience.
  • Desirable: experience in a similar role within a software technology organization, experience working in a global, virtual environment, and experience developing and executing ABM programs.
