Location: Darlington

Job Description:

The Development and Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the approval process, aligning with ISO 17021-1, ISO 17065, and relevant certification scheme requirements. This involves facilitating the growth of new employed audit team members, streamlining the evaluation of subcontractor and agency auditor competency assessments within SLAs, and monitoring resource gaps within the audit development team.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of operational compliance, with a strong grasp of regulatory demands. They will demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, data management capabilities, and reporting skills to track the status of compliance and assurance across Amtivo.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effectiveness of the approval process, aligning with ISO 17021-1, ISO 17065, and relevant certification scheme requirements
  • Facilitate the growth of new employed audit team members at a pace that enables them to achieve target levels of billability within agreed target timescales from the point of employment
  • Streamline the evaluation of subcontractor and agency auditor competency assessments within SLAs
  • Monitor resource gaps within the audit development team
