About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Acute Care Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to individuals experiencing acute mental health deterioration or crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the care needs of individuals and develop and implement plans of care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide clinical services that align with the policies, protocols, and clinical procedures of Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide a user-focused, accessible, and responsive assessment service.
  • Provide management supervision to junior staff and undertake managerial duties as required.
Requirements
  • Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g. NMC, HCPC).
  • Experience of working with adults with mental health needs, with a focus on acute care.
  • Highly developed clinical reasoning skills and sound knowledge of the national agenda for mental health.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
