We are seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Scientist to join our team at NL Group Limited. As a Biomedical Scientist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety in an acute healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities- Work as a Biomedical Scientist in an acute healthcare environment, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and professional guidelines.
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Communicate complex health issues effectively and courageously with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to promote patient safety and well-being.
- Registration with The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Biomedical Scientist.
- Significant NHS experience working in an acute healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Minimum of 6 months previous work experience in an acute healthcare setting, with a strong attendance record and ability to provide professional references.
