Salary: £40,725 - £45,605 per annum
ASCL, the leading professional association and trade union for school and college leaders, is seeking a Commercial Partnerships Manager to drive growth through strategic commercial partnerships and collaborations. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic commercial relationships to expand the association's growth and member revenue.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing strategic partnerships, services, or networks for professionals or stakeholders. You will work closely with the Director of People and Partnerships to develop and implement strategies to enhance the value ASCL brings to its members and the market reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic commercial relationships to expand the association's growth and member revenue
- Work closely with the Director of People and Partnerships to develop and implement strategies to enhance the value ASCL brings to its members and the market reputation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing strategic partnerships, services, or networks for professionals or stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the education sector and its key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
