About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns to enhance revenue growth.
  • Drive an increase in overall sales performance through effective sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement the company's sales and marketing strategy to expand the client base.
  • Engage with customers and clients via telephone and in-person meetings.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to promote loyalty and retention.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities and formulate strategies to leverage them, thereby driving business expansion.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients, industry influencers, and business partners.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in sales or business development.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities, with a strong focus on time management and prioritization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service expertise, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service.
  • Proven ability to convey value and establish credibility with clients, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth.
  • Capable of maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Enthusiastic about building and nurturing relationships, with a passion for driving business success.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment, with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Compensation Package:

The salary range for this position is £32,750.00-£38,800.00 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, a performance bonus will be awarded based on individual and team performance targets.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, permanent role with standard working hours (Monday to Friday).
