About the Role

The Association of School and College Leaders (ASCL) is seeking a Commercial Partnerships Manager to drive growth through strategic commercial partnerships and collaborations. This role will focus on identifying, developing, and managing strategic commercial relationships to expand the Association's growth and member revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships to enhance the value ASCL brings to its members and market reputation.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage and maintain existing commercial relationships to ensure continued growth and revenue.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing strategic partnerships, services, or networks for professional or stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of £40,725 – £45,605 per annum.
  • A generous package of benefits, including 33 days holiday plus bank holidays and a pension scheme.
  • Reasonable travel and out-of-pocket expenses are also covered.
