Key Responsibilities
  • VIP Data, Digital, and CRM Management:
    • Manage the annual timeline for the Data and Digital Teams.
    • Maintain and manage the CRM Database, Sugar, within the VIP Team, ensuring data accuracy.
    • Liaise with the Digital Team to update the VIP dashboard and website.
  • Invitation Process Management:
    • Collaborate with the Data Team to create and review invitation lists for each fair.
    • Oversee the sending of invitations and tracking of responses on Power BI.
    • Work with the VIP Data Research Assistant to review and segment new VIP data.
    • Clear VIP inboxes during fair time.
    • Oversee travel and accommodation for VIP Consultants.
  • VIP Desk Management:
    • Support on training temporary VIP and Exhibitor Assistants.
    • Develop and implement effective operations processes.
    • Manage the VIP desk at all fairs.
    • Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • CRM system expertise.
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency, particularly Excel.
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will have flexibility to travel and work weekends as required. They will also be expected to adhere to our company's values and policies regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion.
