Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Level 7 provision and develop, lead, and deliver multi-disciplinary core and elective units.
  • Work closely with the Designated Manager and Academic Programme Directors to support PGT provision at Norwich.
  • Develop and implement an ambitious and creative curriculum that balances discipline specificity with collaborative study.
  • Advocate for postgraduate study and promote the courses to prospective students and teachers, both at home and internationally.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bring diverse voices into our student experience and ensure culturally competent support.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of postgraduate study and the requirements of an excellent student experience.
  • Background in creative arts and a developing profile as a practitioner, researcher, and/or industry professional.
  • Experience of teaching at postgraduate level and leading modules, units, or year groups.
  • Breadth of understanding of the creative disciplines beyond your own and enthusiasm for collaborative and interdisciplinary working.
  • Excellent teaching skills, with a focus on inclusivity and student-centered learning.
