About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our Crisis Response and Home Treatment Team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a senior nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to individuals in crisis, working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shift coordination and triaging
  • Assessments and home treatment in a community setting
  • Development of assessment skills and evidence-based practice
  • Participation in reflective practice sessions, training days, and wellbeing workshops
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and external partners

Requirements
  • Nursing degree or equivalent
  • Mentoring or mentorship experience (ENB988 or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team and familiar with risk assessment and management
