About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at Drayton Ward, Northside House. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for the line management of junior staff, monitoring their practice, and identifying learning and development needs.

Main Responsibilities

As a Charge Nurse, you will be accountable for your own professional practice, supporting the development and implementation of recovery-focused interventions, and providing training and support to other staff members as needed.

Key Qualifications and Experience

Essential qualifications include a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification, with at least 2 years post-basic experience and 1 year at Senior Staff Nurse level. Desirable experience includes management or leadership of junior staff.
