About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring high standards of care and safety.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing knowledge and expertise to optimize patient outcomes.
