About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CX Researcher to join our Customer Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights and ensuring that our community members are at the heart of our decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of brand health tracking and coordinate our community research panel to gain a deep understanding of our community members.
  • Utilize a range of qualitative and quantitative research techniques to better understand our community and their needs.
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement research strategies that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication of research findings.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and blockers.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in leading research projects and delivering high-quality insights.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data and insights into a clear and compelling narrative.
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, supporting the development of more junior team members.
