**Requirements**:
As a Senior Consultant (Modern Workplace), you will take a technically hands-on role within your team to research, develop and deploy Modern Workplace and Power Apps solutions while remaining aligned to business needs and long-term solution strategy. You will lead by example, motivating others to learn continuously.

Providing valuable input during the development lifecycle, you will be involved with presale, developing and architecting solutions, maintaining and developing your skills using the latest technologies that the Microsoft Modern Workplace has to offer and growing with us as a company and as part of our ‘always learning’ leadership principle.

There is no such thing as a typical day, but as a Senior Consultant with a focus on the Microsoft Modern Workplace platform, specifically SharePoint solutions, your day will include:

- Defining and delivering against defined solution specifications to both schedule and budget across a variety of sectors
- Providing estimates for project delivery and providing technical input to commercial activities
- Collaborating within a team environment, participating in activities across the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, testing, release, and support
- Building professional and technical relationships with customer stakeholders and colleagues
- Travelling to customer sites for requirements workshops and delivery of training upon occasion
- Actively keeping up to date with evolving cloud technologies across the Microsoft Modern Workplace and Azure Platform
- Mentoring and developing Associate Consultant and Consultant team members within the practice
- Conducting research and development into new products and technologies

**What you need to succeed**:
We believe you will demonstrate a solid and practical understanding of:

- Configuring, deploying and supporting clients with a focus on their overall Microsoft 365 strategy, specifically in relation to SharePoint, Teams and O365
- Providing presales and technical escalation support within the business aligned to client needs
- Power Platform with a focus on Power Automate and Power Apps
- Dataverse

Extra kudos if you can demonstrate the following experience (but if not, we hope you will be willing to learn about):

- Logic Apps
- Azure Functions
- Microsoft Co-Pilot
- JavaScript / TypeScrit
- .Net
