Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the Activities Manager in delivering academic support services
  • Coordinate Interviews and Reception Team operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and satisfaction

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in student-facing roles or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:**

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme and annual leave.
