Job Description:

This critical role will lead the development of new online learning experiences, driving growth and transformation in the skills-based online course market. You will establish and manage a new propositions team, bringing together capabilities in learning design, market research, and product management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Establish the new propositions team, hiring new roles and developing a high-performing team that delivers innovative products.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of a portfolio of propositions with overall responsibility for the product portfolio P&L and roadmap.
  • Thought Leadership: Position Cambridge University Press & Assessment as a leader in skills-based online learning, sharing expertise and thought leadership externally and internally.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across teams.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Benefits Package: 28 days annual leave, private medical insurance, discretionary annual bonus, group personal pension scheme, life assurance, and green travel schemes.
  • Hybrid Working: Opportunity to work flexibly, with a dedicated office location and potential for remote work.

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is a hybrid working organisation, offering a range of flexible working options.
