Senior Physiotherapy Service Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team as a full-time Therapy Lead for Community Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of therapists in delivering high-quality community care services and developing innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes.
The role involves working closely with the South Rural Integrated Neighbourhood Team and other community networks to ensure seamless transitions between hospital and home for patients in the South Rural area.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a knowledgeable and experienced team. We are looking for someone who is flexible, motivated, and willing to work within a changing environment.
Main Responsibilities- Lead a team of therapists in delivering high-quality community care services.
- Develop innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes and reduce hospital admissions.
- Collaborate with the Integrated Neighbourhood Team and other community networks to ensure seamless transitions between hospital and home.
About the Role
This is a full-time position with hours/pattern of work to be negotiated. Part-time hours may be considered. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential requirements of this role.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a non-contributory pension scheme and a range of other benefits.
