Community Physiotherapy Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient care? We are currently seeking an experienced Community Physiotherapy Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team in Ipswich. As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive physiotherapy services to patients with palliative care diagnoses.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of palliative care principles and practices, with a proven track record of working effectively within multidisciplinary teams. They must also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and treating patients with complex physical and functional needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on patient progress
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: £22.60 per hour
