About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Integrated Occupational and Physiotherapy team as a Therapy Support Assistant.

The successful candidate will work closely with our qualified Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist colleagues, managing a caseload of patients across various wards. This role offers an exciting opportunity for personal growth and development in a supportive team environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined caseload of patients, under the guidance of qualified staff, using evidence-based approaches to promote functional fitness and aid discharge from hospital.
  • Work flexibly over a 7/7 service rota, providing high-quality patient care and support.
  • Assist with the induction and training of new assistants, juniors, and students within the Therapies team.
