Salary: The salary for this permanent Head of Performance Services job is up to £50,000 per annum.

Job Description:
This position entails leading, motivating, and managing the therapy team to deliver high levels of performance and cohesion. Key responsibilities include caseload management, resource management, continuous development, cross-department collaboration, and service management. As the ideal candidate, you will oversee and inspire the team to achieve their best, ensuring the appropriate provision and maintenance of equipment. Additionally, you will commit to the continuous development of team knowledge and clinical skills.

Requirements:
  • BSc degree in physiotherapy or occupational therapy
  • Management qualification or equivalent experience
  • Specialised post-registration training in a relevant speciality
  • Continued professional development
  • Specialist clinical knowledge: highly specialised knowledge and expertise in therapy assessments and interventions
  • Team management experience: experience in managing a team and setting objectives
