Senior Physiotherapist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at BRAINKIND, a leading charity that provides expert neurorehabilitation services to individuals with acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our multi-disciplinary team, delivering innovative neurorehabilitation and long-term complex care, and making a real difference in the lives of our service users.

About Our Team

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient outcomes, working together to assess, implement, and evaluate programs of person-centred care. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in this process, working closely with our team to develop and implement physiotherapy programs that optimize independence and physical function.

Key Responsibilities
  • To conduct comprehensive assessments of service users, using investigative and analytical skills to formulate individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans.
  • To develop and implement physiotherapy programs that promote choice and autonomy for service users, optimizing independence and physical function.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to professional and organizational standards.
  • To demonstrate clinical leadership and promote clinical supervision, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues through formal and informal teaching.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £37,862.39 per annum, inclusive of benefits such as 35 days holiday, pension contributions, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
