Physiotherapist Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team as a full-time Senior Physiotherapist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective therapy support to patients in their own homes, ensuring timely rehabilitation and minimizing hospital admissions.
The role involves working collaboratively with the South Rural Integrated Neighbourhood Team and other community networks to provide patient-centered care. We offer a comprehensive supervision and training programme with opportunities for career progression within the clinical and managerial fields.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a knowledgeable and experienced team. We are looking for someone who is flexible, motivated, and willing to work within a changing environment.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients in their own homes.
- Work collaboratively with the Integrated Neighbourhood Team and other community networks.
- Promote seamless transitions between hospital and home for patients in the South Rural area.
About the Role
This is a full-time position with hours/pattern of work to be negotiated. Part-time hours may be considered. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential requirements of this role.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a non-contributory pension scheme and a range of other benefits.
