Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled physiotherapist to lead our community care team as a Senior Physiotherapy Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of therapists and developing innovative solutions to deliver patient-centered care.

The role involves working closely with the South Rural Integrated Neighbourhood Team and other community networks to ensure seamless transitions between hospital and home for patients in the South Rural area.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a knowledgeable and experienced team. We are looking for someone who is flexible, motivated, and willing to work within a changing environment.

Main Accountabilities
  • Lead a team of therapists in delivering high-quality community care services.
  • Develop innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes and reduce hospital admissions.
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Neighbourhood Team and other community networks to ensure seamless transitions between hospital and home.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of approximately £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a non-contributory pension scheme and a range of other benefits.
