Therapy Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Therapy Team Lead - Specialist to join our team in Ipswich on a full-time basis. This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum.
About the JobThis role involves leading, motivating and managing the therapy team to deliver high levels of performance and cohesion. The successful candidate will also be responsible for caseload management and ensuring the appropriate provision and maintenance of equipment.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the therapy team to achieve exceptional results
- Caseload management: oversee and inspire the team to deliver high levels of performance and cohesion
- Resource management: ensure the appropriate provision and maintenance of equipment
The ideal candidate will have a BSc degree in physiotherapy or occupational therapy, management qualification or equivalent experience, and specialised post-registration training in a relevant speciality.
