Service Desk Manager Hybrid UK Position

We are seeking a seasoned Service Desk Manager to join our client's growing MSP team. As a key member of the team, you will lead a well-established support team and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service.
Salary: Up to £55,000 (base) with package negotiable for the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the support team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve team performance
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members to help them grow professionally
Requirements:
- A strong career background in support/service desk
- Hands-on experience leading and managing a team
- Experience of Azure and the MS suite
- Excellent communication and commercial skills
