Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Royal Caribbean Group. This role will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a hotel or cruise line environment.
- They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of hospitality professionals.
- A strong knowledge of customer service principles and processes is essential, including needs assessment, problem resolution, and achievement of quality service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Supervise and train a team of hospitality professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a hotel or cruise line environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
