Job description

AISentr is an early-stage startup that simplifies the implementation of AI for businesses without data capability. Our Generative AI-based B2B SaaS platform allows customers to converse with their business data, super-charging their productivity and scale beyond their internal resources.

We are seeking a broadly skilled remote-based Customer Success Manager who will be driving satisfaction, retention and growth by ensuring that your customers are engaged and leveraging the full value of the AiSentr platform. You will be managing customer relationships from onboarding onwards and act as trusted advisor, deeply integrating AiSentr into their business processes and workflows. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in shaping the future of our product, selling process and success in all markets.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customers' business needs and objectives
  • Lead integration of AiSentr into client workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and optimal use
  • Guide customers on best practices for utilising the platform, maximising product adoption and long-term value
  • Serve as primary contact for clients and deliver a superior customer experience
  • Manage existing customer relationships to drive renewal and upsell
  • Relay customer insights back to our internal teams to support product enhancements and development
  • Be responsible for monitoring and improving the overall health of existing customers
  • Identify and flag potential risks early, working proactively with the customer and internal teams to mitigate churn
  • Ensure all account issues are quickly resolved, utilizing resources from teams internally

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role for B2B SaaS solutions
  • Experience selling in the Generative AI space (or related) is advantageous, including a proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and upsell quotas
  • Strong customer focus, you care about your customers and view their success as your own
  • An understanding of how to drive success in an early stage, fast-paced environment and take ownership to get the task done
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to build meaningful relationships throughout the sales & post-sales process
  • Strong written and verbal communication and experience communicating at every level including C-Suite
  • Aptitude to take on new projects outside the normal scope of the day to day role as needed
  • Willingness to travel for customer and company meetings as needed
